Butterflies at Tinalandia
The great biodiversity, the open grasslands of the golf course and the abundance of natural food, make Tinalandia a perfect environment for butterflies. Everywhere you look you can see butterflies alighting on flowers and plants, posing for perfect photos and for visitors to observe their beauty. Nighttime brings out an incredible diversity of moths, drawn to the warm lights of our lodges. In fact, a new species of moth was recently discovered and documented at Tinalandia - it will soon be named officially for our ecolodge in scientific archives and journals.
